Customer Card Terms of Use
1. Purpose of the card
The professional card allows quick and accurate identification of customers during their purchases and ensures that invoices are issued in the correct company name.
2. Cardholder responsibility
- The cardholder remains responsible for any use of the card, including when it is entrusted to an employee or colleague.
- n the event of loss, theft, or non-return by an employee who is no longer part of the company, the cardholder must immediately complete a declaration form (available in store or on our website).
- Until the official declaration has been registered, any transaction made with the card remains solely the responsibility of the cardholder.
3. Conditions of use
- The card is strictly reserved for professional purchases made on behalf of the registered company.
- It may not be lent, copied, or used for personal purposes.
- At each use, the cardholder may be required to present an identity document or a company authorization.
- Using the card implies full acceptance of the current general terms and conditions of sale (those available on the website and/or on the invoice).
4. Fraudulent or improper use
- Any use outside the professional framework, or failure to comply with the stated rules, may be considered misuse.
- In case of fraud, the card may be suspended without prior notice and legal action may be taken.
5. Suspension, blocking or termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate a card in the event of misuse, non-compliance with these conditions, suspicion of fraud, or at the explicit request of the company holding the card.
- Bruyerre may also automatically deactivate cards linked to a customer account that is inactive or in payment default.
6. Personal data and confidentiality
- Data collected during the creation and use of the card are processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR.
- The customer may request correction or deletion of their data at any time.
- Information related to the use of the card (purchase history, identifiers used, etc.) may be kept for internal traceability, dispute management, and quality control.
7. Return of the card
- The card remains the property of our company.
- It must be returned in the event of the customer account being closed, termination of the business relationship, or upon simple request.
