Ingredients (for 1 sandwich)
- ½ baguette
- 2 tranches de jambon Serrano (±40 g)
- 50 g de mozzarella en fines tranches rectangulaires
- 50 g de tomates semi-séchées
- 30 g de pesto vert alla Genovese
- 10 g de pignons de pin
Preparation
- Bake the half-baguette until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- Cut the baguette lengthways.
- Spread the pesto generously over the base.
- Arrange the thin slices of mozzarella evenly.
- Add the semi-dried tomatoes.
- Arrange the Serrano ham in thin strips to add volume.
- Sprinkle with pine nuts for a crunchy texture.
- Close the sandwich slightly and serve.
