Every day, you will welcome, advise and support bakers, pastry chefs, restaurateurs and food industry professionals with their purchases. Thanks to your customer-focused approach and in-depth knowledge of our product range, you will help them find the solutions that best meet their needs.
Beyond sales, you will actively contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the store and ensure shelves are well stocked, providing customers with a seamless and professional shopping experience. As a true ambassador for Bruyerre, you will help drive the growth of our business while building lasting relationships of trust with our customers.
Your responsibilities
- Welcome and advise professional customers ;
- Identify customers' needs and recommend suitable products ;
- Process customer payments and ensure accurate sales follow-up ;
- Contribute to shelf replenishment and ensure products are attractively displayed ;
- Prepare customer orders ;
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and visual appeal of the store;
- Receive and inspect incoming goods
- Work closely with your colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.
Nice to have
- Experience in the food industry, hospitality or the bakery and pastry sector
- Experience operating a cash register
- Knowledge of raw materials used by food industry professionals
- Knowledge of Odoo or a similar ERP system
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales
- An excellent customer service mindset
- Excellent command of both French and Dutch
- The ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods
- A desire to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment
