As a Horeca Electromechanical Technician, your main responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Horeca electromechanical equipment (professional ovens, industrial dishwashers, cold rooms, etc.)
- Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective afin de garantir la fiabilité et la longévité des équipements ;
- Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical faults on equipment received in the workshop
- Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and technical drawings
- Testing, adjusting, and validating the proper functioning of equipment before commissioning or shipment
- Providing clear and accurate reporting of completed interventions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an efficient workflow
- Veiller au respect des procédures de sécurité, de qualité et des bonnes pratiques techniques.
