Our Return Policy

You have purchased equipment, and you do not wish to keep one or more items? Here is the process to follow for returning the merchandise.

Before returning any merchandise, you must contact us and provide the reason for the return via email. Returns that have not been reported in advance will not be accepted.

You have three options to return the item(s) to us:

You can go to the store where the purchase was made to return the relevant item(s).
You can get in touch with your assigned sales representative so they can assist you best with the procedures.
You can also return the items during an upcoming delivery by a Bruyerre truck.
