Absolutely. You can find our products in our five stores located in Wallonia and Brussels.

How long is my order covered by warranty?
The warranty period varies from product to product and also depending on your customer profile. For example, a product intended for professional use has a one-year warranty, while the same product for personal use has a two-year warranty.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. It will include your order number, a summary of your order, and the payment method used.

My product is broken or has a defect. What should I do?
It's problematic, but we won't leave you hanging. Within 48 hours (after this period, we won't be able to assist you), send us a photo of the damaged item by email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org

DELIVERY & RETURNS
Is my delivery free of charge?
We offer several delivery options.
Indeed, first, you have the option to pick up your order for free during our regular opening hours at one of our five stores located in Wallonia and Brussels.
In the event that your order exceeds an amount of 200€ excluding VAT, delivery can be arranged by one of our BRUYERRE trucks.
Can I return my order?
Certainly. You have a right of withdrawal if you change your mind. You have 14 days after receiving your order.
Before returning any merchandise, you must contact us and provide the reason for the return by email. Returns that have not been pre-reported will not be accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, it is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped by our team. Please contact us at +32(0)4/228.89.40 or by email at the following address: email@example.com
If your order is already prepared for shipment or is in transit, we cannot cancel it anymore. You can refuse the product upon delivery so that your order is returned to us, or accept the order and then return it.
Can I modify my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped yet, you can still modify it.

If your order is already prepared for shipment or is in transit, we cannot modify it anymore. In this case, you can get in touch with our team to try to find the most suitable solution for your issue.
In which countries do you deliver?
Our company delivers to two countries: Belgium, France. If you want to place an order from a country other than these, you can send us an email to the following address: webmaster@bruyerre and we will try to find a solution.
And if I prefer to pick up my order?
No problem. When choosing the delivery method, select "store pickup" and the store name. Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready, you can come to pick it up.
What are the authorized payment methods? You have several payment options to choose from:
- Credit card (Visa / MasterCard)
- Debit card (your regular bank card)
- Bank transfer
Payments via bank transfer result in a longer processing time for the order. (1 to 2 additional days)
How can I know if my payment/order is in order?
If you have received a confirmation email with the details of your order, everything is in order.
